Transplant Program
We support the transplant community by providing transportation to those awaiting organ transplants. The transplant coordinator must make the request and submit all required paperwork in advance. We attempt to assign a minimum of 5 up to a maximum of 15 stand by pilots to each organ recipient. We must have enough pilots in your area in order to place you on our transport list. Distance and time frame are also taken into consideration when accepting a transplant request.

Working Closely with the Shriners
The Shriners care for the needs of the unfortunate who suffer severe burns and injury, especially children. Mercy Flight™ Southeast assists with patient transportation as long as the patient meets our criteria. 
 
Domestic Violence Relocations
Mercy Flight™ Southeast works with the spouse abuse shelters assisting in the relocation of battered spouses and their children. All requests MUST be made by an accepted domestic violence shelter, and custody must be verified if children are involved.

Disaster Relief
Following natural disasters, such as hurricanes or floods, we provide air transportation for medical personnel, blood, medicine, supplies and specialized equipment necessary for rebuilding ravaged communities. Our general aviation aircraft have the ability to land on highways and grass strips providing quick relief to rural areas. Medical facilities will sometimes incorporate our resources into their Disaster Planning.

Frequent Flyers
Frequent Flyers are those friends we fly on a continuing basis for diagnosis, chemotherapy, and non-emergency trips to distant facilities that offer unique or specialized care during the extended treatment periods necessary for such illnesses. There is no limit as to the amount of requests an individual may make, but no frequent flyer miles will be given.
